Fee Schedule

Fees on the MTF are calculated as a percentage of the notional order value for a matched trade. The fee schedule is based on your 30-day rolling volume meaning that the more you trade, the lower your fees are on subsequent trades. 

For certain contracts, the increased maker rebate fees below apply, for tiers above $250,000,000. All other fee rates remain unchanged.

Note: Fees are charged in the collateral currency of the contract being traded.

FAQ

When am I a Taker, when am I a Maker?

If you submit an order that crosses the order book and is immediately matched, you pay the taker fee. If you submit an order that first sits in the order book before it is matched, you pay the maker fee.

How are Settlements, Liquidations, Assignments and Unwinds treated?

• Positions that are settled in final settlement are treated as taker.
• Liquidations are treated as taker are charged an additional liquidation fee
• Assignments are treated as taker.
• Unwinds are treated as taker for the party causing the unwind, and fees for the other party are 0.

Where can I see the fees I have paid?

You can look up the fees you have paid by navigating to the "Logs" tab in the bottom panel of the trading platform.

Do you charge any other fees?

We charge liquidation fees which are calculated differently for partial and full liquidations:

• Full liquidation fee is 50% of the minimum maintenance margin for the contract(s) traded multiplied by the quantity of liquidation order(s) executed
• Partial liquidation fee is the absolute difference between: (A) the lesser of the execution price and the Mark Price, in the case of a sell Order, or the greater of the execution price and the Mark Price, in the case of a buy Order; and (B) the Zero Equity Price, multiplied by the quantity of the order executed.
